ShipTools Announces Release of UPSTools

ShipTools a Division of Virtual Technocrats LLC announces the release of their UPS searching and reporting tools suite called UPSTools.

Coral Gables, Florida - November 26, 2002- Today ShipTools a Division of Virtual Technocrats LLC announced the release of their UPS searching and reporting tools suite called UPSTools.
UPSTools adds a dimension to shipping and tracking UPS packages that has not been available until now," said Bryan Lenett, Director of Technology at ShipTools. Until the release of our product companies of all sizes had no truly effective means of tracking and reporting on their UPS packages, our product is a two-package suite, UPSSearch and UPSReports, that allows companies a more effective communication with customers and internally on UPS packages."
UPSSearch is a tool that allows customers and employees to look for" UPS packages with natural language (first name, last name, address or phone, etc.). The UPSSearch package is capable of integrating into a companies e-commerce website or into an in-house logistics program.
The UPSReports tool allows customized reports and statistics to be developed through a remotely through a web-browser on UPS shipping and package tracking giving managers and employees the flexibility they need. Some of the more robust features include charting and exporting data directly into MS WORD or MS EXCEL.

Customer Deployments
A few customers have already benefited from deploying a beta test of UPSTools. ALL-MED SERVICES, a Miami based DME recently committed to deploying UPSTools within its multi-office network. UPSTools will enable ALL-MED to transform its culture into an e-culture," creating a Web-enabled desktop productivity infrastructure that will allow UPS package-based CRM issues to be resolved quickly and will help the organization save money.
