EMINEM'S HOUSE FOR SALE ON EBAY

The boyhood home of rap superstar Eminem is for sale on Ebay. Current bid: Over $1 million!

Eminem fans and curiosity seekers can keep track of the online auction sale of the rap superstar's Boyhood home in Detroit by visiting: www.FA500.com. The site links directly to the Ebay auction. A local attorney and two associates recently bought the house from Eminem's uncle, Todd Nelson, for $45,000, then put it up for auction on Ebay with a starting bid of $120,000. As of November 21, 2002 nearly 200 bids had increased the price to over $1,100,000 with three weeks left to go. Controversy and questions surround the situation, including why didn't Eminem buy the house himself for $45,000, and did the buyers know how much more it could really be worth? FA500.com, also known as FeaturedAuctions.com, keeps track of the 500 "Hottest" auctions on Ebay each week. Ebay lists between 5,000,000 and 10,000,000 auctions a day. FA500.com lists the best of Elvis auctions on Ebay, the Beatles, classic cars and luxury homes, and unusual Ebay auctions like Emimem's old crib.
