Praxinets EPAS to be Incorporated into BManagements Innovative Professional Development Services

BManagement and Praxinet, Inc., both of Ridgefield, CT have reached an agreement to for the use of Praxinet's web-based Employee Performance Appraisal System (EPAS). BManagement will incorporate the solution into its professional development services as well as us it to support the International Association of Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) certification process.

Praxinet announced today that it has been engaged by BManagement, of Ridgefield, CT, to incorporate its Employee Performance Appraisal System (EPAS) into BManagements professional development services. BManagement assists its clients with consulting and organizational design services that facilitate learning and knowledge management. Their field of expertise covers commercial contracting, negotiation, strategic sourcing, sales and global business management.

Praxinets EPAS provides a powerful and agile capability to capture, evaluate, and analyze employee performance information across an organization. A web-based solution, it can be tailored to support any performance management approach. And by utilizing its powerful analysis and reporting capabilities, EPAS provides access to the full range of employee competency and performance data needed to support management in areas such as performance measurement, corporate learning, and benchmarking.

BManagement and its client companies will use EPAS as an on-line skills assessment, benchmarking, and development planning tool. BManagement plans to utilize Praxinets solution to facilitate its proprietary methodology for identifying gaps in key competencies amongst executives and training candidates. BManagements first client to use the solution will be General Motors. Other BManagement clients include Lucent, Hewlett Packard, Honeywell, and others.

In addition, BManagement will also use Praxinets EPAS tool to support the IACCM certification process (International Association of Contract and Commercial Management).
