SYNERGON AND STANCIL TO JOINTLY OFFER TEN-4 DIGITAL LOGGING RECORDER TO GLOBAL MARKETPLACE

New Manufacturing And Distribution Deal To Strengthen Long Standing Relationship

Melbourne, FL and Santa Ana, CA <11/25/02>, Synergon Solutions, a premier service provider of around-the-clock technical and customer support services and Stancil Corporation, the leader in logging recorder systems for over 50 years and developer of the TEN-4 Digital Logging Recorder System-the worlds first digital recorder based on the Microsoft .NET Framework-today announced a definitive agreement to jointly offer the TEN-4 product globally to call centers, financial institutions and the public safety sector.

Synergon Solutions has been Stancil Corporations exclusive authorized customer service and technical support center for nearly a decade. During this time, Synergon has been supporting Stancils products, performing customer service surveys, selling annual support contracts and aiding in product documentation development. Synergon has spent the past year searching for a product to represent. After reviewing numerous software products in several industries, Synergon decided that the best approach would be to represent a product and a company that they are already familiar with. Stancil, looking for a company to be the exclusive manufacturer and distributor for the TEN-4 system to customers on the East Coast and in Latin America, agreed that the logical choice would be to tighten their relationship with Synergon, the company that has been servicing and supporting their products for the past decade.

Gary Bradley, Synergons President & CEO, stated, As Stancils full-service technical support organization, we have been able to work very closely with their customers. This integrated approach has helped our two companies get a customer side" view of the serviceability of the product." Bradley added, We are able to listen to Stancils customers to hear their support issues and work with Stancil to ensure the TEN-4 product is meeting and exceeding their current and future needs. As a nationwide support organization for numerous companies, it is our professional opinion that the best approach to building a bigger and better product has to come from listening to your customers. Who better to tell you what your customers are looking for than the engineers and technicians who support the product."

Michael Custer, CEO of Stancil Corporation, We are very proud of our long-standing relationship with Synergon Solutions. It is through a joint effort between the two companies that weve been able to continue to build corporate as well as product brand recognition and loyalty." Custer added, This new agreement builds upon the current marriage between the two companies in order to continue to support and now manufacture and sell the TEN-4 product to the international marketplace. This relationship will enable the TEN-4 product to further penetrate the growing billion dollar plus digital logging recorder market."
