Enjoy a charitable Christmas
Well it's that time of year again, and you find yourself looking for that really unique and memorable gift for loved ones. What do you get the man or woman with everything?
UK Youth are raising funds through an online auction themed Money Cant Buy.... It can now!" being held at Freeserve Auctions until the 9th of December.
You can buy a place on the Silver Screen acting in Guy Ritchie's next movie, a more traditional Gangster Flick or the opportunity to compete in a Tennis Tournament at The Queens Club, London.
Guy Ritchie said, " I am delighted to be supporting UK Youth's work with young people in communities across the UK by participating in this year's Internet Auction at http://www.moneycantbuy.org.uk/ from 25th November to 9th December. Log on and see what you can do."
Celebrities from the world of film, Sport and Music have donated their time, access to backstage passes at big events and memorabilia all in aid of raising funds to support young people in the UK.
As well as a day behind the scenes at the BBC, Choice FM, Superbike shows, F1 test days and days out with personalities a number of other highly collectible items are up for auction including Schumachers signed Ferrari team shirt.
These are amongst dozens of once in a lifetime opportunities that are up for grabs.
Emma Feline, leading female DJ and supporter of UK Youth said, "Now you can buy an extravagant gift without feeling guilty, you will be helping young people with the money you spend. The other great thing about these Christmas presents is there is no wrapping- one less Crimbo chore to worry about!"
Everyone that places a bid, regardless of whether it is a winning bid or not will be entered into a draw to win a weekends free car rental.
John Bateman, Chief Executive of UK Youth stated, "The UK Youth Internet Auction, supported by Freeserve, has quickly become the most effective activity in our fundraising calendar.
The event provides a fantastic opportunity for everyone to participate, by bidding for that really special Christmas gift or a personal treat that is simply not available in any store. Where else would you have the chance to win a weekends luxury car hire simply by joining in?
We are hoping to beat last years total of 40,000 raised from the auction, all of which will be utilised to support our work with young people across the UK."
