INFOWAVZ RAISES USD 5 MILLION FROM ICICI VENTURE
Plans infrastructure expansion in India and overseas
Infowavz, a premium BPO and international call centre company that delivers superior quality customer support, sales and transaction processing services for global companies, has received USD 5 million in funding from ICICI Venture, part of the USD 20 billion ICICI Group, a universal bank listed on the NYSE.

Infowavz currently supports several Fortune 100 companies from its state-of-the-art multi-channel facility in Mumbai, with client services offices in London, Toronto, Los Angeles and New York.
Infowavz is using these funds towards expanding its infrastructure in India and overseas. Within India, the size of operations has been increased from 300 seats to 500 seats, enabling over 1,500 customer service associates to deliver 24/7 services to global clients. The funds are also being used towards strengthening international operations, with two new data centers in the US and the UK and a new office in New York City.
A world-class recreation facility is also coming up at the InfoCenter (Infowavzs call centre in Mumbai), providing unparalleled amenities to the employees, including full service 24/7 cafeteria, gymnasium, game area (table tennis, foosball, carom), relaxation area and Internet kiosks.
