Paragon to Provide Application Development Services for SoftBrands

Atlanta, Georgia, November 25, 2002 -- Paragon Solutions, Inc., a U.S.-based provider of development process consulting, application development, maintenance and reengineering services, using onshore and offshore resources, has signed a long-term agreement with SoftBrands, Inc. to provide supplemental/project-based application development services. SoftBrands, a global supplier of enterprise-wide application software, serves multiple industries including manufacturing and hospitality. SoftBrands creates software products that streamline and enhance an organization's ability to manage and execute mission-critical functions such as accounting, purchasing, manufacturing, customer service and sales and marketing.

Paragon will supply SoftBrands with a dedicated software development team comprised of onshore and offshore resources that will work closely with SoftBrands existing research and development organization. The team will provide engineering services for continued improvement to SoftBrands leading-edge, hospitality products.
