SCRRF (Southern California Regional Robotics Forum scrrf.org) announces new officers, website, and online calendar.

SCRRF (Southern California Regional Robotics Forum scrrf.org) announces new officers. Mentor Mark Miller of Beach Cities Robotics Team 294, located in Redondo Beach, is president of SCRRF. Mentor Chris Hussman of Beach Bots Team 330, located in Hermosa Beach, is Vice President. Mentor Nancy McIntyre of Panda Robotics Team 697, located in Los Angeles, is Secretary. Parent Sue Smith of Homer Team 22, located in Chatsworth, is treasurer. Mentor Wendy Wooten Of Team 22 is Events Director. Mentor Rick Roberts of Beach Bots Team 330 is Development Director.

SCRRF announces the launch of their new website, www.scrrf.org, and their new region wide calendar located on www.southbaycalendar.org , listed as So Cal FIRST Robotics.

SCRRF provides Southern California FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology www.usfirst.org ) rookie and veteran teams, and the public, free access to robotics workshops, a practice competition, help and support so that the FIRST experience can be improved for everyone.
