Analyze & Document Your Organisation's Structure with The Performance Organiser

JIT Software has released The Performance Organiser, a Windows business modelling tool that makes it easy for business people to analyze, document, and do what-if experiments with their business organisation, functions, and workflows. With its emphasis on ease of use, The Performance Organiser supports the documentation requirements for today's critical best-practice management initiatives, including The Balanced Scorecard, ISO 9000, The European Foundation for Quality Management Model, The Baldrige Model, and SIGMA 6.

The Performance Organiser lets you capture information easily, display it clearly, document and cross-reference it comprehensively, and communicate the information on many levels. The program has built-in drawing pads and templates for modelling the organisation's structure. You can include formal and informal communication links in the model. Vision- and mission-based objectives can be allocated to every element in the drawing. By clicking on any object, you can record relationship notes, detailed descriptions, and any information that is crucial to understanding the organisation's structure, functions, and workflows.

In addition to the built-in documentation tools, The Performance Organiser integrates with other popular software such as Microsoft's suite of Office applications. It's easy to incorporate existing business documents into your model. In addition to its management analysis functions, The Performance Organiser includes document management and communication tools such as a document librarian and an email address book. It's easy to communicate the appropriate level of information to all interested parties, from the Board of Directors to people on the shop floor.

The Performance Organiser is a general purpose business analysts' toolkit that can be used by business, government, and nonprofit managers, as well as by management consultants. In addition to providing insights into running the program, the help file contains a wealth of information about how to document business processes. Whether you need formal documentation to design structured Balanced Scorecards, Kanban systems, or ISO 9000 quality frameworks, or you just want to document your organisation's charter, vision, mission, and structure, The Performance Organiser is a feature-rich tool that will make the job easier.

The Performance Organiser runs under Windows 95/98/Me/NT4/2000/XP, costs $350(US) for a single-user license, and may be purchased securely online at http://www.jit-software.com/. Multi-user and site licenses are available. You can download a free, fully-functional, 30-use trial version of The Performance Organiser from the same address.
