Only a few weeks into release, the first three chapters of the audiotheatre production hold down the top three positions on the ampcast.com Spoken Word-Spoken Word" chart, and are in the top ten of the broader Spoken Word" chart which also includes Comedy, Poetry, and Books/Stories.
The audiothriller details the attempts at keeping a menacing Invasive Species" from spreading along the Michigan coast. The series is available as a free download at www.ampcast.com/nbi for a limited time. Writer/Producer Robert Parson says When the turkey and dressing is gone, theres no better way to top off Thanksgiving dinner than with a good side dish of 'Invasive Species."
Parson, of Albion, MI assembled an international cast of voice actors to bring Invasive Species" to life. The series features Lucien Dodge of Ithaca, New York; Corinna Bolon of Portland, Oregon; Jay Goemmer of Twin Falls, Idaho; Joel Pierson of Bloomington, Indiana; Cassandra Wladyslava of Raleigh, North Carolina; Sandra Depukat of Perth, Western Australia; as well as Parson and his sons Aaron and Cameron. Original music was composed and performed by Earl Green of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
