DOCUMENT PROCESSING SYSTEMS LAUNCHES NEW INTERFACE FOR DEL MAR DATABASES DATATRAC®
DPS Direct-Docs® on the Web Interface Offers DMDs DataTrac® Users Fast, Efficient Closing
Document Platform
NOVI, MI, December 2, 2002 -- Document Processing Systems, Inc. (DPS), a provider of residential mortgage closing document services, has launched a new interface linking its Direct-Docs® on the Web doc prep application to Del Mar Databases (DMD) DataTrac® mortgage banking software.
The new DPS interface will enable DataTrac users to import loan information from their databases directly into our Direct-Docs on the Web closing docs application, eliminating manual data re-entry, which saves time and money and reduces the possibility of errors," said DPS president, Paul Rakowicz. When the interface is employed," he continued, users of DataTrac access their database through DPS Direct-Docs on the Web, and all applicable information stored in DataTrac will automatically populate the DPS closing document application."
To truly leverage DataTrac as a lenders database of record, it is critical that we support integration with solution providers who offer value to lenders, as DPS does," stated Jeb S. Spencer, CEO of DMD. Teaming with DPS brings further convenience and efficiency to our customers, and DataTrac users will clearly benefit by taking advantage of this seamless integration module," he said.
DMDs DataTrac, currently deployed by over 170 companies, is specifically designed as a solution for small to middle-tier lenders with loan originations ranging from start-up to $10 billion per year. Brokers and reps using DMDs WebTrac® are able to access live" loan status information from DataTrac 24-hours per day over the Internet.
