Sell2All, Inc. has announced that it has acquired all the assets of Bidmix.com a rapidly growing marketplace for International trade using the Internet. The acquisition strengthens Sell2All's leading position as a premier provider of surplus inventory and customer return asset liquidation services by securing a foothold in the International marketplace.

LINCOLN, NE - 27 November 2002 -Sell2All, Inc. has announced that it has acquired all the assets of Bidmix.com a rapidly growing marketplace for International trade using the Internet. Sell2All already provides many large and mid-sized corporations with surplus inventory asset liquidation services by helping them sell over Internet marketplaces such as eBay. With the addition of Bidmix.com Sell2All will be able to offer its clients the capability of liquidating their surplus inventory across international borders with more ease then previously available.
