LiveMobileCam will enable mobile subscribers to view live pictures from around the world and have them delivered to a mobile phone using MEC picture messaging technology. The user simply requests the product via a short-code, and the web-cam product is delivered directly to their phone. The user can then access the web-cam for a fixed period of time according to the payment made. Users are billed using reverse charge SMS messages through the short-codes MEC are making available for launch on all major network operators.
