The Freedom of the Glen Family of Hotels selects RezLynx, Guestlines web based Hotel Enterprise Solution, to drive REVPAR and streamline operations throughout its hotels

Guestline Ltd, a leading supplier of Property Management and Central Reservations software to the global hospitality industry, has recently been selected by Scottish group The Freedom of the Glen Family of Hotels to implement of its new web based, centralised Hotel Enterprise Solution. Guestline will showcase RezLynx on Stand 1847 at Hostec ( NEC Birmingham, 20-23 January 2003).

Designed from the ground up as an Internet native ASP (Application Service Provider) offering, RezLynx uses a single, central database to store company, agent and guest history from the entire estate, providing the group with comprehensive data mining capabilities. The system boasts a fully featured CRM incorporating a Property Management System (PMS), Central Reservation System (CRS) and Head Office Management module. RezLynx Web, a real time Online Booking feature within the system, has also been specified by The Freedom of the Glen Family of Hotels, allowing live last room sales to private guests and agents via the World Wide Web. RezLynx will be hosted and maintained by Guestline on behalf of The Freedom of the Glen Family of Hotels. Users at the hotels and CRO in the Scottish Highlands will access the system via the Internet.
