Pronexus Inc. and Mitel Networks announce Distribution Agreement

Pronexus VBVoice selected as key development environment for Contact Center Solutions

Ottawa, Canada - December 3rd, 2002 - Pronexus Inc., the leading provider of Computer Telephony software solutions, today announced that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Mitel Networks Corporation, a market-leader for voice, video, and data convergence. Mitel Networks will distribute Pronexus VBVoice, one of the most comprehensive and flexible development environments for business-critical computer telephony applications. In addition, Mitel Networks will use VBVoice for the development of turnkey custom Integrated Voice Response applications.

Pronexus has also joined the recently announced MiSolutions Network (MiSN), a third-party provider program aimed at delivering a broad range of software applications to enhance the Mitel Networks portfolio.
