Ebay/Eminem house auction absurdity reaches all-time high.

While several ebay users try to profit off rap star Eminem's former house auction (currently $11 million), one auctioneer decided to post something truly ridiculous. And it's getting flooded with bids!

The Eminem auction, featuring his childhood home in Detroit has attracted viewers by the thousands and bidding in the millions. It's also inspired a "copy-cat" auction featuring a truly ridiculous item.

The auction reads "PICTURE OF CAT LOOKING AT EMINEM HOME HOUSE", and features just that. A photo of a long-haired cat seated at a laptop perusing the now-famous $11 million Eminem House auction.

As of 12/4 it had been featured on dozens of national websites, attracted over 45,000 viewers, had bids over $1,000, and the owner has garnered several radio talk show interviews.

Silly America. You gotta love it.
