Regional executive search firm continues expansion with acquisition.

MedSouth Consulting, a regional executive search firm specializing in the healthcare industry, has acquired PhysicianRecruitersGroup.com. Established in 1986 PhysicianRecruitersGroup.com was a national executive search firm.

Founder and Managing Partner of MedSouth Consulting, G. Michael Gusler heads the combined company. "Combining PhysicianRecruitersGroup.com and MedSouth Consulting grants the opportunity for a monopoly in the Tampa Bay Region. I am very enthusiastic about the integration of the two firms," says Gusler. Gusler has several years of recruiting experience with an emphasis in executive, professional, and technical search in the healthcare industry. Prior to establishing MedSouth Consulting, he was with Management Recruiters International, the world's largest search firm.
