Plans Announced For the 29th Season of The Living Word Outdoor Drama

CAMBRIDGE, OH, FALL 2002 -- The Living Word Outdoor Drama, Ohios only Passion play, announces plans for its 29th season in 2003. Special promotions and discounts will be available for the season. A mixture of Scripture and non-biblical script, The Living Word Outdoor Drama, located in Cambridge, Ohio, attracts thousands of visitors each year.

Visitors are transported back in time during the two-hour drama to old Jerusalem as they walk the streets with Jesus, learn the history of the Roman empire, witness His miracles, cry at His crucifixion, shout for joy during His resurrection and thrill to His spectacular ascension.

Special promotions and discounts for the 29th season in 2003 include two special family nights and a half-price ticket night on July 17, 2003. Family night performances on July 5, 2003 and August 30, 2003 allow families, up to eight members, admission for only $25.00. Discounts on paid reserved tickets for groups of 20 or more will be available again in 2003. Regular ticket prices are as follows: adults $12.00, seniors $10.00, and children $6.00. Reservations are recommended.

Summer performances will be held Friday and Saturday evenings June 13 through August 30, 2003. There will be seven special Thursday night performances beginning July 17 and continuing until the end of the summer season. All summer performances will begin at 8:00 pm with a free set tour at 7:15 pm and gospel music at 7:45 pm. During the month of September performances will be held Saturday evenings only beginning at 7:00 pm with a free set tour at 6:15 pm and gospel music at 6:45 pm.
