ImagoQA First Software Testing Consultancy to Win ISO 9001:2000 Certification

ImagoQA, the UK's leading independent software acceptance and testing consultancy, is the first to be awarded the new ISO 9001:2000 Certification for both the design and delivery of software testing services and associated consultancy, conducted by LRQA, the Lloyd's Register of Quality Assurance.

The new International Standard, which replaces the ISO 9001/2/3 Standards set in 1994, calls for all re-assessments to be completed before 15th December, 2003, when the old Certificates will be withdrawn. In addition to a raft of new specific appraisals, ISO 9001:2000 now adopts a 'process approach' to reflect the way in which most businesses operate.
