Newport Beach, CA. December 7, 2002 -- Superwire, Inc. (OTC NON BB: SUPW), an integrated broadband Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering local and long distance voice, high-speed Internet, network monitoring and support for small to medium enterprises (SMEs), announced today that following his election to the California State Assembly, Mervyn C. Dymally has resigned with regrets from his advisory capacity with Superwire, Inc.

We greatly appreciate the time he has been able to spend with us and wish him well in his continuing service to our state and the nation," said Mr. James W. Truher, Superwires Chairman.

On November 5, 2002, former Congressman Dymally was elected to the 52nd California Assembly district. He has also served 11 years as United States Congressman, (1981-1992); was California Lieutenant Governor, (1975-1979); and California State Senator, (1967-1975). He has served as an Advisor to Superwires Chairman since December 1998.
