Centennial Partners, LLC, a leading provider of strategic planning, private equity and M&A advisory services, announced today the creation of its technology due diligence practice. The practice will be run out of its Colorado office, which is headed up by Shawn Juister, Managing Partner.

"Our private equity and M&A clients are requiring more assistance in the area of technical due diligence as more 'asset only' transactions take place," commented Mr. Juister. Mr. Juister went on to say "earlier stage companies often have good ideas and good technology, but little or no customer traction. With a continued uncertainty around technology adoption at the customer level, more emphasis is being put on the core assets which in many circumstances end up being the developed technology."
