T-Speed Broadband Partners with BroadbandNow! and Moves to a New State of the Art Facility in Irving, TX.

Forming an alliance with BroadbandNow!, T-Speed Broadband moves their office facilities to Irving, Texas and begins providing fixed wireless service to surrounding Irving businesses.

Irving, Texas, December 4, 2002 -- T-Speed Broadband Communications, the leader in fixed wireless Internet connectivity for businesses in the Texas region, announced today that they have formed a strategic partnership with BroadbandNow!, a leading provider in broadband communications services to multi-family housing communities. As part of this new partnership agreement, T-Speed has also moved their corporate office facilities to Irving, Texas.

T-Speed Broadband has more than quadrupled in size over the past three years, in
both sales and number of employees. To accommodate their growth, they have relocated
to a building that is nearly 10 times the size of their previous facility. This building
has over 40,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. The new facility is located in BroadbandNows corporate headquarters in Irving, TX near MacArthur and Hwy. 114.

In conjunction with moving their corporate office to Irving, Texas, T-Speed has also increased their coverage area to provide broadband service to surrounding businesses in the city of Irving.     According to Ahrens, While we were investigating moving our corporate office to Irving, we discovered that there was a huge void in broadband service options to Irving businesses. Since we were going to be a neighbor, it just seemed logical that we should help to fill that void by offering our service to other businesses in the community."

With their fixed-wireless broadband options, T-Speed is creating competition and giving businesses a choice other than the phone company for high-speed Internet connectivity.

Since they started providing service in Irving a few weeks ago, T-Speed has already hooked up several major hotels and auto dealerships, as well as many other prominent businesses in the Irving area.
