BroadVox Standardizes on Sylantro Systems Platform for Full-Featured Hosted PBX Services

Sylantro extends the functionality of BroadVOXs services and establishes it as a Market Leader in Twenty Six markets

Cleveland, OH, October 28, 2002 -- BroadVOX, a subsidiary of BroadVOX Holdings, LLc, the premier provider of Hosted PBX and IP Centrex platform solutions, today announced that BroadVox has standardized on Sylantros Applications Switch as its platform for nationwide deployment of BroadVox hosted communications services. BroadVox is a leading service provider dedicated to IP-based voice applications, with facilities in 19 metropolitan areas. The win extends BroadVOXs market leadership position. The announcement was made at the Fall 2002 Voice on the Net show.

BroadVox will leverage Sylantros full suite of high-value voice applications, which support all standard PBX features as well as advanced capabilities such as bridged line appearances, follow-me" forwarding, personalized call handling, single number reach and feature integration with Internet-enabled cellular phones. Unlike other voice platforms that focus on low-value IP trunking applications, the Sylantro suite enables BroadVOX to offer a complete replacement for an on-site PBX or key system.
