Thanks to its wire-speed performance and high port density, the SMC6924MT is perfect for medium to large networks with long distance connections to backbone or server farms. Easy and flexible, the newest TigerStack switch can be stacked up to 4-high, consolidating as many as 104 ports per stack under one IP address. Its expansion slots can accommodate two Gigabit ports or four 100FX ports. Each unit carries an aggregated bandwidth of up to 8.8Gbps non-blocked for wire-speed performance thats further enhanced by Priority Queuing, MultiLink Trunking and IGMP Snooping.
