OceanLake ( wireless) signs Sanwa Comtec to US$11Million Guranteed Distribution Agreement in Japan

OceanLake announced the signing of an exclusive distribution agreement of OceanLake's software in Japan.

San Jose, CA and Toronto, ON- December 5, 2002 - Shinichiro Kakizawa, President & CEO of Sanwa Comtec K.K. Japan and Steve Koskie, CEO of OceanLake, today announced the signing of an exclusive distribution agreement of OceanLake's software in Japan. The two parties have been working through the technical implementations of OceanLake's flagship software mScope for the Japanese market since earlier this year and have now agreed to terms for Sanwa Comtec to resell the solution into the Japanese market.

Earlier this year OceanLake's software was endorsed by Toshiba North America that has resulted in many companies interested in OceanLake offerings from all fronts. The completion of this agreement with Sanwa Comtec will immediately open the doors for our software into yet another market. We expect to have other country versions available for distribution in the New Year.
The terms of the agreement are for a 3-year period providing committed revenue to OceanLake of $11 Million US over the course of 3 years.
