Researchers at two well-known universities report they're closing in on a new treatment, possibly even a cure for certain common types of diabetes. Dr. Aaron Vinik, one of the lead researchers stated that, We saw a reversal of diabetes when the compound was administered at an adequate dose and for a sufficient period of time." The research at, Eastern Virginia Medical School and McGill University in Montreal and financially supported by the Gmp Companies and Procter and Gamble Company is working to develop a new treatment for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes.
