A group of dedicated Iranians have established Jewel of Persia to build a Persian Cultural Center in Southern California.

Orange County, California -- December 2002 -- After extensive research and planning, a group of dedicated Iranians have established Jewel of Persia to build a Persian Cultural Center in Southern California. Jewel of Persia will promote Persian heritage and serve as a place for the Persian community to come together. Jewel of Persia is a Non-profit 501(c)(3) Organization" without affiliations to any political or religious organizations.

About Jewel of Persia

Jewel of Persia welcomes all Persian ethnic groups as well as other cultural and ethnic communities. Jewel of Persia will be the place for people to come together to share their experiences, ideas and memories in a comfortable and dynamic environment, even with diverse backgrounds.

Conceptual Design Highlights

The Center is conceptually designed to be self-sufficient. Revenues from the Centers business establishments will cover the Centers operating costs. The surplus revenues, if any, will be used to build similar Centers in other cities around the world and/or will be given to talented students as scholarships.
