Ottawa, December 10, 2002 - Blue Steel Technology Inc. (BST) and Thor Solutions Inc. jointly announce the signing of an agreement to cooperate in product development, marketing, customer service and support.

The agreement provides a framework under which a growing partnership of companies will proceed with cooperative efforts in the security market space. The addition of BST technology will allow Thor Solutions to provide customers with unprecedented security levels. Mastiff, the BST security offering, has the power to repel root-kit attacks, virus and worm attacks, and prevent the theft and destruction of information.
