ForeTell is an advanced due diligence tool that allows companies to test drive" critical decisions in a low-risk virtual environment, prior to committing capital, resources and market positioning. ForeTell solutions support decision-makers facing a wide range of critical issues, including prioritizing corporate investments (pharmaceutical, energy, etc.), assessing M&A transactions and strategic partnerships, restructuring sales and supply channels and performing corporate governance.
The need for enhanced analytic applications is growing as organizations face unforgiving environments characterized by challenging economic times; growing international competition, government regulation and litigation; and increasing complexity and rates of change. CCTs ForeTell is an analytic application that helps companies make better decisions by enabling them to project, explore and compare the likely outcomes of their decision options given different assumptions about the future. Such test drives" enable companies to identify their best course of action in the face of complex, continually evolving decision contexts, incomplete information and uncertainty about the future.
ForeTell differs from conventional decision support tools in three important respects. First, it uniquely models key qualitative decision factors such as relationships, market perceptions and social and regulatory forces as well as quantifiable information such as financial data. These consultancies are comfortable with analytic tools and look to gain competitive differentiation through proprietary, high ROI solutions. Moreover, they have deep industry expertise in areas such as life sciences, energy, government or financial services, where improved decision-making can result in a dramatic return on investment for their clients.
