Network Technology Group completes acquisition of second Tier One Data Center from Solid Systems, Inc.

Baton Rouge, Louisiana -- December 11, 2002 -- Network Technology Group, Inc. has completed the acquisition of the 25,000 square foot, Tier One data center facility located at Bon Carre in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The state-of-the-art data center facility was originally built in April 2001 by Solid Systems, Inc. to meet the co-location and managed hosting needs of the Southeast region of the United States. NTG continues to offer leading-edge co-location / managed hosting services out of the Bon Carre facility, but has broadened the depth of value-added service offerings to include disaster recovery services and planning, web-based backup services, network and infrastructure monitoring services, and security consulting.
