Surveys can include multiple levels of conditional branching, so that follow-on questions can be triggered by specific responses to prior questions. The system can launch a help screen whenever a respondent has trouble understanding a question, and it provides instant follow-up by automatically generating an email when the survey is completed, thanking the respondent and offering an optional incentive.

Unlike telemarketing campaigns, a SurveyReach survey can handle an enormous number of respondents simultaneously, limited only by the servers speed and connection bandwidth. Survey sponsors can view and analyze responses in real-time via a secure link whenever they wish. Many different types of questions are supported, including structured multiple choice, rating scales, and relative rankings as well as unstructured open-ended questions. A SurveyReach survey can be used to dynamically segment respondents to e-mail campaigns, delivering them to precisely the right page on a web site.
