Directed by Wayne Wang, Maid in Manhattan is the modern day fairytale of Bronx native and single mother, Marisa Ventura (Jennifer Lopez) who works as a maid at Manhattans fictional five star Beresford Hotel. In a twist of mistaken identity Marisa encounters Christopher Marshall (Ralph Fiennes), aspiring U.S. Senator who believes she is a guest at the hotel. Viewers are treated to magical entertainment as fate steps in, opposite worlds attract and we believe once again that love can conquer all.
