A collaboration with the Baltimore County Office of Community Conservation, INNterim Apartments" in Owings Mills, Maryland, has opened to provide transitional housing and services for homeless women with children.
(Owings Mills/Pikesville, Md. -- Nov. 22, 2002) A collaboration with the Baltimore County Office of Community Conservation, INNterim Apartments" was dedicated at a ribbon cutting officiated by Maryland State Senator Paula Hollinger on November 14, 2002, at the site on Jensen Lane in Owings Mills on the Rosewood Center campus.
Three long-idle buildings at Rosewood Center, newly refurbished, now hum with activity, providing housing and services for homeless women and children. Two residential buildings, a day care center, plus sister facility INNterim House" on Sudbrook Lane in Pikesville, expand the capacity of non-profit INNterim Housing Corporation to serve 90 homeless individuals at any one time.
The second largest program of its kind in Maryland, INNterim provides 70 percent of the transitional housing for families in Baltimore County at these two locations:
INNterim House, 112 Sudbrook Lane, Pikesville 21208
INNterim Apartments, 10203 and 10204 Jensen Lane, Owings Mills 21117
