Market's Edge Recruiters At Market's Edge, we focus on finding quality positions for quality candidates. The process by which we create matches has a proven track record and continues to work in any market climate. Based on a candidates qualifications, we take a strong approach in finding the right position for the right candidate. As well, when a company has a need we look for that standout that will fit the bill for the position. After thorough examination and strong relationship building with a candidate, we will check with previous employers and references that the candidate has provided. Once we have determined strengths and weaknesses as well as extraordinary performance, we take an aggressive approach to finding a candidate a position he or she would be suitable for and enjoy. We will target companies desired by candidate and include competitors and ancillary companies. We will create a list of 50-100 companies including managers names and various departments through a process on the internet.

The creation of Markets Edge has been over a year in the making. Co-founded by Ronald J Kroeger and Jeffrey Meehan, they believed there was a market for quality search firms with heart.

Markets edge was co-founded August of 2002. The two founders strategized for optimum performance of the company and decided that co-locating the company would allow for greater regional management and expanding territory coverage. In the Heart of America the headquarters resides, and in the hustle and bustle of the east coast is the other office, in the Garden State, New Jersey.

With over 30 years of Marketing, sales and recruiting experience, Jeff and Ron make a dynamic team, providing a large number of opportunities for hundreds of people and companies.

AS the market changes and the economy swings, Markets Edge will be at the edge of the market, searching finding and evaluating candidates and companies to create opportunities for today and tomorrow.

Ronald J Kroeger:

President and co-Founder of Market's edge, was raised in NJ and went to College at NYU 1985-1987 Weber State University 1992-1994. Served as student body officer for 2 years. Played semi-pro football and served as head coach and won the UFL championship in The Ogden Eagles expansion year. 1998. Mr. Kroeger has enjoyed many leadership roles in his life including Father of 6, Scout Master, Student Body Officer, VP of Marketing and Sales, Teacher, and husband. Author of several books including " This side of Positive Thinking"

Having previously run a successful business Mr. Kroeger hired several hundred people for Digital Broadcast Network.1993-1997

Finding pleasure in creating jobs Mr. Kroeger took a position with NJ Based Hiring firm and continued recruiting for over four years. Kroeger continuously out performed peers and created over 500 positions and openings in a 24 month period. Placing over $30,000,000 in salaried and temporary employees.
