Cerberian Web Filter integrated with LogiSense Corporation's Software provides enhanced layer of service to LogiSense customers

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -December 18, 2002- Cerberian, a Utah-based provider of advanced Internet content filtering, and LogiSense Corporation, a leading developer of customer management, billing and content acceleration solutions, today announced that the companies have entered into a strategic alliance, integrating Cerberian's Web Filter into the LogiSense engageIP Network Services Platform.

As part of the agreement, LogiSense Corporation will provide a complete branded offering integrating Cerberian's Web Filter into LogiSense Corporation's CacheXpress and TrafficXpress software, to provide an enhanced layer of service for LogiSense customers. This partnership will allow LogiSense customers to incorporate content filtering and reporting into their services, resulting in enhanced productivity and cost savings. It will also allow select strategic partners of LogiSense Corporation the opportunity to generate new revenue streams by reselling the offering to the small and medium-sized enterprise market.
