Inverito releases trial version of InsiderScoop, a service that provides same-day updates of daily top ten transactions.

Campbell, CA-December 20, 2002-Inverito, Inc. today announced the release of a trial version of InsiderScoop, a new service providing the fastest delivery of daily Top Ten insider trading information.

Ranked by total transaction amount, the Top Ten lists include: transaction date, company name, ticker symbol, insider name, insiders relationship to the company, number of shares bought or sold, price per share, total transaction amount and number of shares held following the most recent transaction.

The trial version of InsiderScoop is available at www.InsiderScoop.com. The full version of InsiderScoop will be available in mid-January. It will continue to offer the daily Top Ten insider transactions. In addition, it will enable users to search for insider trading activity using a company name, ticker symbol or insider name. Users will have access to historical insider trading data from the first quarter of 2002.
