Goldmans Treasures began, as a store on the Lower East Side of Manhattan more than 40 years ago, and it is believed to be named after a Goldman. It was sold to a new owner in the late 60s. The store moved to Chelsea, to the corner of Avenue of the Americas and 20th street, in 1994, and remained there until 1999. The store relocated to Ridgefield Park, NJ later that year.
