Citrus Heights, Calif. – March 09, 2002 – Email has become the preferred method of communicating with employees on the move and email is now a standard built-in feature of the !Trak-It HR - Human Resource Information System. Clicking one of the email buttons on the various screens within the !Trak-It HR system generates a standard email, extracting appropriate data from that screen. The user can then edit the generated email before sending it via their companys standard emailer such as Outlook or Eudora. For example, while accessing the employees job screen that displays the employees last review, clicking the email button generates an email to the supervisor reminding them that a new review is due for that employee.
The new version of !Trak-It HR also includes buttons that directly connect the user to the web providing a convenient and speedy way to do background or criminal checks, schedule an on-line assessment test or schedule a drug test. For example, the user clicks on the Background button on the employees main screen and is immediately connected to the HireHelper.com website, passing that employees name, address etc. to the site so that any level of background check can be easily ordered without redundant data entry.
