Stencilco, a division of :PRV Film Corp, offers a reusable stencil for Etching/Sandblasting/ and/or Carving of any substrate. The Last-A-Film(LAF)resuable stencil, which now has it's own reusable adhesive(PSA), is a resist/stencil which can be used multiple times for Etching/Blasting/and Carving on glass, wood, metal, stone and plastic surfaces. The 3 mil version is used for chemical etching. The 5 mil version lasts up to 26 applications, the 7.5 mil version lasts up to 150 applications, the 10 mil version lasts more than 250 applications and the 14 mil version lasts over 1000 applications (Etchings). This white, coated polymer film with or without low, medium, and/or high reusable adhesive. The newest product developed by Stencilco is the Alternate Technology 25 (AT25). AT25 is a smooth rubber poly vinyl with high resistance and is available in low, medium, or high tack adhesive. It is Hand, Plotter and Laser cutable. It contains no Dye and/or PVC. It is Laser approved and will not void the Laser warranties. It's intended use is to adhere Plotter/Laser cutable resist/stencil material to the application substrate chosen by Etching/Blasting/Carving, e.g. glass, wood, metal, stone and plastic.
