Portsmouth, NH April 24, 2002. Planning Systems, Incorporated, a provider of sophisticated high-technology engineering services to large organizations, has announced that it has established the headquarters for its newly formed commercial software operation at its existing offices in Portsmouth, NH.

The new operation will serve mid-to-large commercial enterprises with a wide range of software and information technology planning and implementation services – including business needs analysis, architectural and database design, project implementation, documentation, maintenance, training, support, and outsourcing.

PSI has also announced that it has named PSI AVP Jim Dunn to lead the commercial market focus. Mr. Dunn will be based at the Portsmouth facilities.
