Orlando, FL -- April 29, 2002 -- Asconi Corporation (OTC BB: ASCS) announced the signing of a contract with KPMG for internal audit services.
Aiming at establishing an effective internal control system in the current year of 2002 Asconi has entered into a contract outsourcing the internal audit function to KPMG.
Undoubtedly the signing of an internal audit contract with KPMG will facilitate the companys efforts in improving internal controls, as well as finding ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operations. It will also allow for allocation of potentially untapped reserves of the Companys development and ensure their utilization in the best possible way.
