Miami, FL - ME Productions was pleased to be selected by Course Technology/NETG to create three days of incentive programs for 140 guest of this Boston-based texts and electronic learning solutions developer staying and networking at the Intercontinental hotel in Miami Beach Thursday, May 2 to Saturday, May 4, 2002.
As Course Technology/NETG employees came together on Thursday May 2, 2002 for a sales motivation meeting they were met by a Caribbean blast. The pool area was transformed by ME Productions into an authentic Caribbean gala with lush foliage, island tunes and live parrots.
“We had a really terrific layout planned for this client,” said Fé Domenech, Senior Events Consultant at ME Productions.
“Throughout the room, the mood was set with the transformation of bars and buffets into island huts embellished with wooden lobster traps, dock pilings, colorful fishnets, authentic Bahamian palms, and tiki touches,” said Domenech. Brilliant red faux parrots perched on the stage roof and throughout the room while the band Steel Rhythms played the right mix of Island Reggae and Soca music to set the mood.
“At the Caribbean stage,” added Domenech, “we had a grass roof extend out over thatched walls, creating a friendly snug, open hut interior. In and around the hut, stage lights and more lush foliage made this a stunning focal point for any meeting.”
For the closing dinner on Friday, May 3, Fé reserved the Yuca located on South Beach. Revered as Miamis premier restaurant for Nuevo Latino Cuisine the creators of Yuca have managed to design a unique grommet menu that retains the spirit of their ancestry while simultaneously providing a new world of sumptuous flavors.
