Los Angeles, CA - Edwin Morrow was last seen as Pvt. Willie Godbolt in We Were Soldiers, as the young soldier who befriends Jack Geoghegan (Chris Klein) as they try and escape from enemy fire. We Were Soldiers was a story about the Battle of Ia Drang Valley and Lt. Colonel Hal Moore (Mel Gibson) as he led 400 of the bravest men on a rescue mission.

Currently Edwin Morrow can be seen as Kendel, who plays the love interest, opposite of Keshia Knight Pulliam (The Cosby Show") as a high-school student, whos a natural dreamer and poet. WHAT ABOUT YOUR FRIENDS: WEEKEND GET-AWAY is a coming of age drama that explores teen angst and friendship from a multicultural perspective.

Recently Morrow co-starred on The Parkers" for UPN and is returning once again to UPN in WHAT ABOUT YOUR FRIENDS: WEEKEND GETWAY to be broadcast, Friday, May 31 (8-10pm, ET/PT) on UPN.

Edwin Morrow, an Urban World 2000 Audience Award recipient was born in Mt. Vernon, NY and raised in E. St. Louis, IL. Morrow made his acting debut as Young Willie Mays in the HBO movie, Soul of the Game in 1996. In 1997, Morrow co-starred in the movie Park Day as Smitty Short Bug" Smith, and also wrote and performed a song on the movie soundtrack.
