InfoHighway Communications Signs Asset Purchase Agreement with North American Communications Control

InfoHighway Communications Corporation (InfoHighway"), a New York City based CLEC announced today that it has signed an Asset Purchase Agreement with New York-based North American Communications Control, Inc. (NACC") to purchase certain assets of the company, including its local and long distance customer base.

(NACC") to purchase certain assets of the company, including its local and long distance customer base.

With this acquisition, we will significantly increase our customer base within our existing footprint, especially in the New York metropolitan area. Our focus with this acquisition and with others that are planned is to continue to build out our core service area, enhancing our position as one of the leading Integrated Communications Providers in the Northeast," said Joseph A.
