Bay Area technology pioneer Andreas Glocker exercised a keen sense of market opportunity in Feburary 2002, when he purchased Internet Service Provider ISP Networks from Winstar. He then bought state-of-the-art servers on uBid and Cisco routing gear on E-Bay for a fraction of the original price. He put the pieces together and today announced the launch of Fastmetrics, a next-generation Internet Service Provider for businesses delivering fast connectivity services and fail-safe Internet solutions through the business network. Fastmetrics will provide business customers with colocation, security, remote backup, NAS storage, and many additional services.
