Danbury, Conn.- May 31, 2002-Connex International announces the addition of MeetNowSM Playback to its portfolio of conferencing services. This new and exciting service further enhances Connex's current reservation-less offering, allowing clients to easily record their conference for later replay, transcription, or distribution of cassettes or CDs. This recording feature is available to all MeetNowSM reservation-less users. Activation of the recording service is accomplished via a simple touch-tone phone command, while on the conference line
MeetNowSM Playback bridges the gap between traditional operator-assisted conferencing and the rapidly expanding reservation-less service. Immediately upon completion of the conference, the digital recording is ready for replay. Subscribers administer their programs via the Internet and can establish availability dates, assign a conference description, or add an additional security passcode, if desired. In addition, subscribers may also order cassette tapes, CDs or transcriptions of their conferences. Online reporting is available 24X7 via the Internet as well.
