Cyclades Names Joe Millares Chief Financial Officer
Cyclades Corp., which enables organizations to remotely access network-enabled devices using Linux and Open Source technology, today announced the appointment of Joe Millares as chief financial officer. Millares joins the growing ranks of the 170-employee company that continues to add new accounts to its 6,000+ customer base despite recent economic and technology downturns.
FREMONT, Calif. – June 10, 2002 – Cyclades Corp., which enables organizations to remotely access network-enabled devices using Linux and Open Source technology, today announced the appointment of Joe Millares as chief financial officer. Millares joins the growing ranks of the 170-employee company that continues to add new accounts to its 6,000+ customer base despite recent economic and technology downturns.
Millares has more than 15 years of experience as a CFO of public high-tech companies.
He will be responsible for managing Cyclades financial resources and contributing to the management and growth of its worldwide operations. Previously he worked as the CFO of DSP Technology, Inc., a publicly-held data acquisition systems company. There he was instrumental in several mergers and acquisitions, funding activities and an initial public offering.
