MUSIC AND FILM WORLDS CONVERGE AT ONE51
The Music and Film Network Debuts Monthly New York City Industry Network event at One51, 151 E 50th Street between Lex and 3rd) on Wedneday June 19th from 5:30 - 9:30 p.m. The event will bring together numerous indusry visionaries such as Hank Shocklee, producer of Public Enemy and record industry executive, Jive Recording Artist Jive Jones, superstar male model Marcel Salina, Missi Collazzo of Megaforce Records, music manager Matthew Thomas, and dozens of casting directors, performing artists and industry executives.
The Music and Film Network was launched by industry executive Steve Zuckerman as the next level of events after a series of highly successful visionary events (the New York Music and Internet Expo and the Global Entertainment and Media Summit.) He is responsible for introducing Napster to Bertlesmann, helping to launch the artists revolution with Chuck D and Michael Robertson of MP3.com as well as helping three artists secure opening act dates for Jewels current summer tour. Jackie Goldstein, partner in the company, is also the VP Of Business Development. The Music and Film Network is also Executive Producing a series of benefit events to help firefighters families effected by the 9/11 tragedy. Actor Stephen Baldwin has signed on as an official spokesperson of the Americas Ride Charitable Event.
