J-Bird Records Signs Purchase and Sales Agreement

WILTON, Conn., June 22, 2002 -- J-Bird Music Group LTD (OTC BB: JBMG) announced today that J-Bird Records has signed an agreement with AJ Distribution Inc. to distribute JBMG products and music by KGB Records and its affiliate labels via AJ distribution network.

JBMG) announced today that J-Bird Records has signed an agreement with AJ
Distribution Inc. to distribute JBMG products and music by KGB Records and its
affiliate labels via AJ distribution network.

"We are very pleased with this agreement, it gives all our artists greater
exposure, which will help us with the growth and development of our company ",
stated Hope Trowbridge, president of J-Bird Records. "This is a new creative
opportunity to increase the sales of J-Bird Records."

Ms. Trowbridge also commented, "We feel that our recent entrance into the urban
music market with KGB and our new agreement will go a long way in helping build
value for our shareholders."

The first purchase order via this agreement will be in excess of 100,000 units
and we expect results for the second quarter to look much stronger than our
first quarter.

well as the large retailers, supermarkets and mass merchandisers. AJ currently
services over 500 independent stores on a weekly basis and has recently secured
