Kaseya Releases Major Upgrade to Its Comprehensive Web-Based Remote PC Management System

Now any sized organization can set up a help desk call center and provide full support to all users, remote and local.

Milpitas, CA, June 21, 2002 - Kaseya announces the immediate availability of version 2.0 of its Virtual System Administrator. This major upgrade adds powerful new Help Desk functionality to its already extensive list of capabilities. Now any sized organization can set up a help desk call center and provide full support to all users, remote and local.

Now administrators can remote control any machine, managed or not, on demand to any machine connected to the Internet. Administrators can deliver the same level of service to users on the road or at home as they do for users on the corporate LAN. Automated audits provide an inventory of each PC, desktops and servers, without any administrator interaction. Included administrator notes database helps multiple IT administrators service the same client base.

Kaseya developed its Virtual System Administrator to address the lack of management products available to small and mid-sized business IT administrators trying to maintain a complex IT infrastructure. The VSA deploys easily without network infrastructure changes such as opening up the firewall or port mapping through NAT gateways.

The Kaseya VSA integrates the eight most important IT management functions into a comprehensive, web-based system. Download a fully functional trial version of the Virtual System Administrator from Kaseyas web site at http://www.kaseya.com.
